It will not accept my email/password at checkout.

If you have previously ordered with us, you have a customer account. You will need to login to your account before attempting to place a new order or the system will try to create you a new account using your same information. To log in, click the padlock icon in the top right of the screen. You will enter your email address and password you entered when placing the previous order. You can now place your order as normal.
