Damage / Return Policy

Due to the customization of our products, items can not be returned to us for a refund. If you receive an item that is damaged, or if you believe you may be missing part of your order, you must notify us within three business days of receipt as shown on your tracking information.

If you believe you have an item that is damaged, or if you are missing an item, please contact us at with your request, order number, and a photo of the order and items in question so that we can properly process your request.
